This policy was adopted by the Crime Commission and is <br />a requireman£ ghat all counties must comply with prior to applying for any Juve- <br />nile 3us{ica ant £elinquency Prevention Act funds. This policy is enclosed, <br />and it coo should be carefully reviewed prior co any official county action. <br /> <br />to formulate their o%~a method of insuring citizen involvement can submit their <br />plan to the Division of Crime Control for review and approval by the Juvenile <br />Justice Planning Committee. A coun[y may not proceed with grant application <br />submission until notification of approval of their alternate plan is received. <br /> <br />Planning Com.ni[zae and the Governor's Crime Commission.
