The BUDGET ORDINANCE gives the County Manager and the Finance Officer <br />the following authorizations and restrictions~ <br /> <br />a. Be may transfer amounts between objects Of expenditure within a <br /> department without limitation and without a report being requested. <br /> <br />b. Re may transfer amounts up to $2,000 between departments of the same <br /> fund with an official report of such transfers at the next regular <br /> meeting of the Board of Co~issioners. <br /> <br />c.
