A RESOLUTION TO AID THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CABARRUS <br /> COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE. <br /> <br /> t~eREAS t~e Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners, realizing <br /> need i0r an ordinance tO provide for the orderly develop- <br /> ment of subdivisions throughout the County, did on October <br /> :%978, pass an ordinance entitled "The Cabarrus County Sub- <br /> 1vision OrdinanceS' becoming effective November 1, 197g.and, <br /> WHEREAS the Cabarrus County Planning Department in administering <br /> the ordinance finds that additional directive and policy is <br /> needed on the part of the County Commissioners Such that the <br /> fair and impartial administration of this ordinance be effected <br /> and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Planning Department is aware of i~creaslhg numbers <br />~ ~ of subdivisions that are being developed that are in non-compliance <br /> -- with the Caounty Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br /> NOW'~iSI~ORE"-~--~ be~resolved that the Cabarrus County Board <br /> of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, May 14, 1979, do~ff <br /> <br /> // rector oI the County Health Department and the County <br /> // Building Inspection Department that no septic tank permits or <br /> x{ building permits be issued on any lot or site in the Cabarets <br /> ~ County jurisdictional area unless a certified copy of a pre- <br /> ~ liminary or final subdivision plat, approved by the Planning <br /> Board, has been obtained from the Planning Department or; a <br /> letter from the Director of the Planning Department, Signifying <br /> that the subject lot or site is in compliance with the Subdivision <br /> Regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />
