PROPOSED PERSONNEL ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Section 5. Vacafion Leave Manner of Accumulation <br /> Anniversary date of employment shall be used <br /> for determinIng earned vacation. <br /> <br />Section 12. Sick Leave - Manner of Accumulation <br /> Anniversary date of employment shall be used <br /> for determining earned sick leave. <br /> <br />Section 11. Employees Longevity Pay <br /> <br />A longevity incentive pay plan for all permanent Cabarrus County <br />employees. Said plan to be as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Years of service ~hall be compufed as of anniversary <br /> date of employmenk and the service recognized shall <br /> be continuous service, except as may be revised by <br /> the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br /> (2) Longevity pay shall commence at the end of two years <br /> and shall be computed on the employees' base pay <br /> according to the following schedule: <br /> <br /> <br />
