The enclosed copies have <br /> been signed and notarized by cfficials of Philip Morris. <br /> <br /> The changes which you suggested have now been in- <br /> corporated into this document. Therefore, I will appreciate <br /> your having the documents signed as soon as possible on <br /> behalf of the Board of Light and Water Con~nissioners and <br /> n~de ready for presentation to the Board of County Commis- <br /> sioners. I understand that the next Board meeting wilt be <br /> held Jul~ 9, 1979. Since it may be appropriate for repre- <br /> sentatives Of Philip Morris to attend, please advise me of <br /> the exact time and place.
