7. authorized the Authority's Industrial Revenue <br /> <br />Bonds (Marmon Group Project), Series 1979, in the <br />aggregate principal amount of $2~500,000~ and directed <br />the execution and delivery of said Bonds. <br /> <br /> (b) The Beard of Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus has reviewed the action taken by the Board of Com- <br />missioners of the Authority in connection with the issuance <br />and sale of the Bonds, including a review of the documents <br />authorized and approved as specified above in substantially <br />the forms presented to the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Au6hority at their meeting on September 7, 1979, and was <br />made such other examination and investigation as it. deems <br />necessary and relevant as the basis for the approval set <br />forth herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Pursuant to and in satisfaction of the <br />requirements of Section 159C-4(d) o~ the General Statutes of <br />North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br />Cabarrus hereby approves the issuance by the Authority of <br />its Industrial Revenue Bonds (Marmon Group Projec%i, Series <br />1979~ in the aggregate principal amount of $2,500,000. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately <br />upon its passage. <br /> <br /> <br />
