Centralina also signed the $14,995 contract for the <br />Cabarrus senior employment program with the Life Center. It will hire 5 <br />seniors. Word was just received that this program will increase and the due <br />date for upward revisions in the county contract ia September 30. <br /> <br /> Title MiX <br /> -Nancy Saunders met wi~h PSE staff to survey that program and possible coordina- <br /> tion with other CETA programs and funds. Next month she wiil work with the DSS <br /> to survey present demand for Title XX services co help project costs for m~xt <br /> year. <br /> <br /> Manpower <br /> -Manpower staff worked with county staff and ESt to submit CETA Title IIB proposals <br /> for employment programs starting October 1979, for ~161,954. <br /> <br /> <br />
