A6cordingly, the Board of Delegates of the Centralina Council of Governments in session of November 14, 1979, did determine to pay the share for their eight county region, of $ 4,740. Within the four county WPCOG area, each ~particlpating county or its Council of Governments will pay into this fund their prorate sha~e, of 21%, or $ 1,260. Ownership of Real Property; Disposition No real property ownership is expected to be created as a result of this Agreement. End Product The end product of the task force will be a document which sets forth necessary details which will enable each local government ~o determine whether a regional resource recovery facility is feasible, and if so, if it is feasible for them to participate in the final plan, design, construction~ and operation of such a facility. The necessary details for decision-making should include the costs per ton of dispos~able waste (which takes into account any transfer s~ations and haul distances), a schedule as to when p~rticipation in the system will he most feasible for each unit of government, and costs for continued opera~ion of individual landfills as needed. e A~optioq (county or municipality) agrees to participate in this Agreement with the o~er counties and municipalities within Regions E and F which adopt this Agreement. We also agree to very carefully examine %he results and let our in~entions be known regarding further participation within 90 days after the final product is presented to us.
