On November 15, 1979, you <br /> received the following items: <br /> <br /> 1. Raw listing of tax account names. <br /> 2. Raw listing of voter accoun[ names. <br /> 3. New updated listing of tax and voter names. <br /> 4. 3 X 5 index ca~ds with the name, address, and Jury <br /> number printed. <br /> <br /> The following procedure wss used to create the Jury Master file. <br /> <br /> 1. Every 14th name was selected from the tax name and <br /> address master file (Source: Tax Computer). <br /> 2. Every 8th name was selected from the voter name and <br /> address master file (Source: Voter Computer). <br /> 3. The initial tax and voter files were printed so that <br /> the review process could be started by the Jury <br /> Commission. <br /> 4. Upon return of the initial tax and voter printouts from <br /> the Jury Commission, the personnel ie the Register of <br /> Deeds Office proceeded to make the changes to the Jury <br /> Master File from which the printouts were created; <br /> 5. After completing the changes to the Jury Master File, it <br /> was renumbered consecutively and a new Jury Master File <br /> was created. <br /> 6. A new updated listing and 3 X 5.index cards were printed in <br /> alphabetical order.
