The Housing and Community <br />Development Department of Cabarrus County has been assigned <br />the administration of the housing programs, projects, and <br />policies. <br /> <br />At this time I would like to indicate an interest in the <br />West Green Apartments project located on Rainbow Drive in <br />Kan~apoli$, North Carolina. Caba~rus County is in'the process <br />of~expanding their housing program and see this project as a <br />potential asset to the residents of the county.
