Mobile homes ~onstltuted The second largest type of new dwelling units with 2.954 or 39 percent of the total. Multi-family units ranked third with 817 units or almost 11 percent of the total. This impact was also felt throughout the region. The County, however, differed from the regional trend. Where mobile homes were the second ranking new home starts in the County, they were thlrd in the region; with multi-family units as second.
