Archer~ <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Project Council Representatives Appointment <br /> <br />On Thursday, May 11, 1978 at the regular meeting of the <br />Nutrition Program for the Elderly Project Council, three <br />persons were recommended for appointment to the Project <br />Council for a two year term, June, 1978 thru May, 1980. <br />I have since talked with each of them and they will accept <br />the position if appointed~ <br /> <br />Mr. Frank Liske and Mrs. Anna Harrelson were recommended to <br />serve another two-year term. Rev. Fred Hedt was recommended <br />to a two year term, replacing Mr. C. C. Griffin. <br /> <br />Other community members currently on the Council whose te~ms <br />will expire in May, 1979 are Miss Marcelle Milloway and Mr. <br />Joe Mingo. <br /> <br />Please advise me of the Board's approval or disapproval of <br />these three persons. According to the Project Council by- <br />laws, the Board must appoint community members. <br /> <br /> <br />
