Page Four <br /> <br /> '! <br /> Division ]~ <br /> <br /> The DiVision ~ contracts are General, E-l, Crain & Denbo, Inc. <br /> Electrical, ~]-2, Iudustrial Electric Company; and I-IVAC,' E-3, A.I.R. <br /> Industries. The Division E-1 contradt includes the excavation and <br /> construction of the Main Pump StaLion and equipment. The <br /> contract includes the related electrical and lhe E-3 contract the <br /> related HVAC. <br /> <br /> The E-1 ~ontractor, Crain & Denbe, has completed the excavation <br /> which amounts to about 5% of the contract and started placing rein- <br /> forcing steel and pouring concrete. The bottom' and lower level walls <br /> are cornp[ete and backfilled. In addition the contractor has poured <br /> the third floor slab and started up with the fi~ird level of walls. <br /> Approximately 67% of the concrete work is complete. The contract is <br /> overall 73% complete xvhich includes about 29% construction completed <br /> and 44% stored material and equipment. <br /> <br /> Th~ work completed by the General contractor is only enough at this <br /> point in time to accommodate very little work by the Electrical <br /> contracior. The E-2 coah, actor has only requested payment for <br /> stored material and equipment ~vhich amount to about 46% of the <br /> contract. <br /> <br /> The E-3! I-IVAC, contractor, A.I.R. Industries have only set two heat <br /> exchange units at the prinmry pump structures. Therefore only 25% <br /> of the construction is complete. There are no stored material on the <br /> job at ibis time. <br /> <br /> Division F <br /> <br /> ~Fhe Division F contracts are General, F-I, T.A. Loving/C.W. Gallant; <br /> Electrical, F-2, Watson Electrical Construction Company; and HVAC. <br /> F-3, City Appliance. The F-1 contract is for the construction of the <br /> Sludge Incinerator equipment and the building in which the equipment is <br /> located. F-2 is the related electrical and F-3 is the related L~VAC. <br /> <br /> The F-1 contractor, T.A.Loving/C.\¥. Gallant has nearly cornpleted [he <br /> Furnace Building and is about 65% complete with the [urnace and ~-elated <br /> eqmpment. Overall the contract is 77% complete including stored mate~ <br /> rial. The construction is 66% complete and the stored ma[eria[s and <br /> equipmen~ amount to about 11% contract. All of the equipment for which <br /> progress payments were made have been delivered to the job site. <br /> <br /> The Division F-2 contractor, Watson, has completed 22% of the electrical <br /> construction work and has earned 37% of the coutract as stored material <br /> on site.
