.... Page Four '! Division ]~ The DiVision ~ contracts are General, E-l, Crain & Denbo, Inc. Electrical, ~]-2, Iudustrial Electric Company; and I-IVAC,' E-3, A.I.R. Industries. The Division E-1 contradt includes the excavation and construction of the Main Pump StaLion and equipment. The contract includes the related electrical and lhe E-3 contract the related HVAC. The E-1 ~ontractor, Crain & Denbe, has completed the excavation which amounts to about 5% of the contract and started placing rein- forcing steel and pouring concrete. The bottom' and lower level walls are cornp[ete and backfilled. In addition the contractor has poured the third floor slab and started up with the fi~ird level of walls. Approximately 67% of the concrete work is complete. The contract is overall 73% complete xvhich includes about 29% construction completed and 44% stored material and equipment. Th~ work completed by the General contractor is only enough at this point in time to accommodate very little work by the Electrical contracior. The E-2 coah, actor has only requested payment for stored material and equipment ~vhich amount to about 46% of the contract. The E-3! I-IVAC, contractor, A.I.R. Industries have only set two heat exchange units at the prinmry pump structures. Therefore only 25% of the construction is complete. There are no stored material on the job at ibis time. Division F ~Fhe Division F contracts are General, F-I, T.A. Loving/C.W. Gallant; Electrical, F-2, Watson Electrical Construction Company; and HVAC. F-3, City Appliance. The F-1 contract is for the construction of the Sludge Incinerator equipment and the building in which the equipment is located. F-2 is the related electrical and F-3 is the related L~VAC. The F-1 contractor, T.A.Loving/C.\¥. Gallant has nearly cornpleted [he Furnace Building and is about 65% complete with the [urnace and ~-elated eqmpment. Overall the contract is 77% complete including stored mate~ rial. The construction is 66% complete and the stored ma[eria[s and equipmen~ amount to about 11% contract. All of the equipment for which progress payments were made have been delivered to the job site. The Division F-2 contractor, Watson, has completed 22% of the electrical construction work and has earned 37% of the coutract as stored material on site. The overall con~ract is 59% completed.
