IDENTIFICATION YES NO <br /> If in separate building, is social services office appropriately <br /> marked and clearly identifiable from road or street? x <br /> <br /> If in multi-occupant public building, is it listed in standard <br /> building directory ~n manner accorded to all other agencies? <br /> <br /> B. ACCESSIBILITY <br /> <br /> Is social services office reasonably accessible in relation to <br /> population to render adequate service to citizens of county? x <br /> <br />C. P}~SICAL PLANT <br /> <br /> Is space adequate in s~ze and arrangement for proper and efficient <br /> administration of the social services program? x <br /> <br /> Private offices are available for county director, super- <br /> visors and social workers who do client interviewing within <br /> office.
