(6) Before entering into any nursin§ home, the <br /> <br /> comaittee, subcommittee, or me~ber shall iden-tify <br /> itself~to the person present at the facility who is <br /> in cha~§e of the facility at <br /> <br /> (i) Nursing hones to cooperate. In ordez for a nursing ho~e <br /> <br />as defined b~ G.S. ~30-9(e) to be kicensed under tha~ subseckion, <br /> <br />the ho~e shall cooperate with a community ad~isor~ co[~mittee.' <br /> <br /> Sec. 2.
