M~9~A N D U ~ ~ ~E M E N T <br /> <br /> In consideration of the payment to the City of <br /> <br />Concord by Cabarrus County of 5~ of that portion of the <br />operational budget, made up by local tax monies, for the <br />Charles A. Cannon Memorial Library, the City of Concord <br />agrees to make available, under its established rules and <br />regulations, the facilities of the charles A. Cannon <br />Memorial Library to all residents of Cabarrus County, to <br />stock the bookmobile with books, and to provide the staff <br />to operate said bookmobile (Cabarrus County, however, will <br />pay all operating expenses and provide all maintenance for <br />said bookmobile). The local tax money portion of said <br />library budget shall be determined by subtracting from the <br />total approved annual budget all other sources of revenue <br />the library receives for the fiscal year covered by this <br />agreement.
