the Cabarrus County Courthouse must first obtain a parking permit, in such <br /> form as directed by the Count~ Manager, from the County Manager. County <br /> employees and State employees with offices in tile Cabarrus County Court- <br /> house may only park their'vehicles on the said property after obtaining said <br /> parking permit and having it displayed on the windshield of their vehicles. <br /> Permits shall be issued to all County employees applying therefor and lo all <br /> State employees having offices in lhe Courthonse applyiog tlierefor. <br /> <br /> G. Repair and Emergency Vehicles: Vehicles beisg used durin <br /> repair or construction work, when it is necessary for them to be parked <br /> in a space other than a parking space, and emergency vehicles being used <br /> for emergency purposes are hereby exempted from this ordiaance. <br /> <br /> H. County vehicles being serviced in tile area of ibc gasoliae <br /> <br /> pm~p are hereby exempted from this ordisance while being so serviced. <br /> SECTION ~. P]ENALTIES <br /> <br /> A. Obedieoce to this ordieance is chargeable lo the person <br /> actually operating or in control of the vehicle at lhe time it is parked on <br /> said County property hereinbefore described; provided thai proof of ow~ r- <br /> ship of any vehicle found parked in violation of this ordinance shall be <br /> prima facie evidence lhat said owner parked said vehicle. <br /> <br /> B. The Sheriff of Cabarrus County, or aay of his deputies or a~ <br /> County employee authorized by the County Manager, shall cause to be attach <br /> lo any vehicle parked in violation of the provisions of ibis ordinance a notice <br /> to lhe owner or operator lhereof to report to the Sheriff's Department in <br /> <br /> regard lo such vioIati0n. <br /> such <br /> C.
