The yearly average <br />coat,,based on insurance break-down, time spent on calls, salary of <br />wear and tear on unit, and gasoline cost, qo.nes to approximately $27.54 <br />per trip. <br /> <br /> This is a loss per trip of $4.58, or a total loss of $17,1~5.00 <br />on all trips made in 1976. <br /> <br /> In considering an increase in charges for ambulance service, I would <br />like to suggest an increase on' out-of-the-county trips~ rather than 5o <br />increase the charge for in-county trips.
