A RESOLUTION OF CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA APPROVING POLICIESi STANDARDS, <br />PROCEDURES, AND FORMS TO ADHINISTER AND I}~LE~NT THE CABARRUS cOUNTY COb~MUNITY <br />DEVELOPmeNT BLOCK GRANT PROGRA~. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development admin- <br />isters Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974; and, <br /> <br /> '. 'WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County submitted <br />an application fo~ a Community Development' Block Grant under Title I of the Housing <br />and Community D.evelopment Act of 1974; and, <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County found it <br /> necessary to establish a Community Development Department due to the approval <br /> and funding of the aforesaid Community Development Block Grant; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved on this _ .jay of _ ., 1977 <br /> by the Board of County ComMissioners of Cabarrus ~ounty that the following two <br /> entitled publications are approved for the administration and implementation of <br /> the Cabarrus County Community Development Block Grant Program: <br /> <br /> 1.
