CABARRUS COUNTY
Pest Office I~o× 707
CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA 28025

February 7, 1977

Cabarrns County Board of Commissioners
Concord, NC 28025

Commissioners:

At the January meeting of the Board of Commissioners,
William A. McIntosh presented an Automated Information Processing
Analysis for Cabarrus County. The Board of Commissioners
appointed Commissioners Robert McCla~y, John ltammett, and
County Manager Charles McGinnis to review and make a recommendation
on the analysis.

The committee met on January 26, 1977 and concluded that the
county should proceed with the automated processing system.
In order to proceed with proposals presented in the study,
the committee recommends the employment of a data processing
manager to begin implementation of the study. The data
processing manager would be involved in the entire process
of systems design, equipment acquisitions, personnel, and
budget requirements.

Respectfully submitted,

Robert McClary
John Hammott
Charles MeGinnis

VW
