This..breaks down <br /> to an average cost of $1,500.00 per home based on <br /> the number of homes we hope to rehabilitate this <br /> year. During the rehabilitation bidding process <br /> we are having the contractors add in the water <br /> and sewer costs. This cuts down on the amount <br /> of paper work and the number of bids-the contractors <br /> must make. We would like to add this $59,000.00 <br /> ' · for water and sewer to rehabilitation and raise <br /> the level to $7,500.00 per home. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO: "CO~UNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM BUDGET" <br /> <br /> "Water and Sewer Taps" line item amount of $59,000.00 <br /> to "Rehabilitation Grants" line item amount of <br /> $157,200.00-for a new total for "Rehabilitation <br /> Grants" of $216,200.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
