C. 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Hawfield: <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Watershed Commissioners and the Cabarrus <br /> Soil and Water Conservation District have been working for a <br /> lon9 time in the development of a watershed work plan in <br /> Cabarrus County. The areas referred to as the Coddle-Coldwater- <br /> Dutch Buffalo Creeks (PL-566) watershed project. <br /> <br /> Planning has reached the final stages and a number of important <br /> decisions need to be made.
