The Community Development Screen- <br />ing Committee has reviewed and approved the following change <br />orders. <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners approval is needed on the follow- <br />ing change orders: <br /> <br />RG-4 <br /> Original contract amount $5,898.72 <br /> Change order 595.00 <br /> Revised contract amount $6,493.72 <br /> <br />Reason: <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District would not allow a fr~e <br /> sewer tap-on fee; repair front half of roof. <br /> <br />RG-2 <br /> Original contract amount $3,948.00 <br /> Change order 915.00 <br /> Revised contract amount $4,863.00 <br /> <br />Reason: <br /> Insulation in the floors and construction of a closet. <br />Note: <br /> There is currently no closet space in the home and this <br /> is one of the guidelines as established by the county. <br /> <br /> q <br /> <br /> <br />
