Right of way from Cannon Mills Company recorded in Deed Book 455, page 676. Tile terms and conditions of this Lease are as follows: 1. The Board of Light and Water Commissioners hereby agrees to maintain said sewer line and to accept sewage from Cabarrus County for treatment at its trea.tment facility, the cost of treatment lo be deter- mined from time to time by the Board of Lighl & Water Commissioners, or its successors, said cost to be not more than the cost charged similar type customers located outside of tile corporate limils of the City of Concord, which hharge the party of the firsl part agrees to pay. 2. The party of the second part will furnish one 4" tap to each of the above grantors of rights of way to Cabarrus County free of line footage charge, said grantors having been granted said right to a 4" tap as a part of the consideration for the right of way granted lo Cabarrus County; provided that it is understood lhal this service shall only be provided in the event that said grantors pay other costs involved, including the cost of treatment, ibat similar type customers located outside tile cor- porate lirnits of the City of Concord xvould pay. 3.
