This <br /> committee would be composed of seven members with the fol- <br /> lowing backgrounds: <br /> <br /> (a) County Commissioner (1) <br /> (b) Contractor (2) <br /> (c) Real Estate (1) <br /> (d) Finance (1) <br /> (e) Oeneral Citizen (2) <br /> <br /> The purpose of this committee would be to review all <br />public housing programs operating in the county; review <br />areas ~or future Community Development Grant applications; <br />review the proposed housing analysis plan for the county; <br />recommend housing goals and methods £or improving housing <br />programs in the county; and act as the Community Development <br />Screening Committee in the future. <br /> <br /> Such a committee has been endorsed by officials of the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development as being an <br />integral component of a growzng program. They have stated <br />that such a committee would be an asset for the county in <br />the evaluation of future grant applications~ <br /> <br /> <br />
