Funds Lhat <br />are not expected to be utilized in the final quarter will be deducted from the <br />4th quarter allotment and redistributed to other programs across the state, <br />Failure to utilize ail of the yearly allotment will not effect a counties <br />amount of allotment for the following year. <br /> <br /> A year-ending report must De submitted ~o later than July 31 to the Regional <br />Field Consultant and a check for any remaining funds forwarded to tbe Controller <br />of the Department of Human Resources. <br /> <br /> <br />
