J & F Disposal Co, is currently a Cabarrus County <br />franchised company. <br /> <br />D~e to the high cost of operating a garbage company, and the lack of <br />capital to upgrade my equipment, and to keep my present equipment oper- <br />ational, I feel the sale would be especially beneficial to my customers. <br /> <br />Your immediate decision on this approval would be appreciated, so we <br />can begin the transition immediately, There will be ~o garbage pick-up <br />delay during this transition period. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Ralph J.
