Plans and specifications <br />for new vault equipment consisting of roller shelving and reading desks may <br />be secured at the County Manager's office, Caharrus County Courthouse, Concord, <br />N.C.. <br /> <br /> No proposal will be considered or accepted unless at the t~me of filing <br />the proposal is accompanied by deposit equal to not less than five percent (5%) <br />of the proposal or in lieu there of a 5% bid bond.
