They have looked at subdivision plat <br /> records, and have checked with planners and/or building inspectors to ascertain <br /> the actual extent of development. <br /> -The Manpower Planner met with program operators in your coungy to discuss last <br /> min,-,te revisions to subcontracts required by the N. C. Office of Employment and <br /> Training concerning program design. After the revisions were made, COG executed <br /> subcontracts with these operators for FY'77 programs. <br /> -The Director of Revaluation has delivered a computer appraisal program to the <br /> ~])P Menager. The program prices residential, commercial, 'and industrial build- <br /> ings on the Howze-A-Matic Point System. <br /> -During ~he month COG sponsored a workshop on the Farmers g0me Administration <br /> Community Programs.~ It was well attended by reprmsentatives of cities and <br /> ccunties. <br /> R' o <br /> <br /> <br />
