~ i~ At an adjourned meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, held <br />this December 10, 1941, MotiOn was made by W M Morrison and seconded by <br /> <br />C M Crowell that Cabarrus County accept the Food Stamp Plan of the Surpl m <br />Marketing Administration and to a~propriate the necessary funds for cart '- <br />ing out this plan, including the Revol$ing Fund and the cost of opera- <br />~ton. J Lee White, Acting Chairman, was duly authorized and directed <br />to enter into the memorandum of understanding agreement dated Dec 10, <br />1941, withthe Surplus Marketing Administration on behalf of the Cabar- <br />rus County Ooard of County Commissioners. <br /> <br /> There b~ing no further business the Board adjourned to meet Jan. <br /> <br /> <br />
