E~ERGENCY WARTI~ RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> Attention needed by Board of County Commissioners <br /> Meeting Monday January 5th 1942 <br /> <br /> Whereas, we are now engaged in a world war requiring ALL OUT AID; <br /> whereas, North Carolina has, since the first world war, provided an annual Farm <br /> Census (county inventory) Survey, which provides the basic national defense <br /> information so important under the existing emergency; and~ whereas, this Board <br /> desires to fully Cooperate in such essential services, <br /> <br /> Be it resolved that: <br /> The ~ ~ Cou~nty Commissioners in regular se. ssions <br /> assembled, hore'b'1~ agree to~co0Perate' fully for the duration of the war, ~,~ith <br /> the established agricultural a~encies designated in the state act concerned~ <br /> toward securing complete townshiP farm census surveys, and that each commissioner ~--~ <br /> will personally cooperate in seeing that this is accomplished.
