The Board of County Commissioners met in adjourned session this <br /> <br />7th day of January, 1942 with the following members present: J Lee <br /> Temporary <br />White,/Chairma~, O E Scarboro, W M Morrison, and C M Crowell. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by W M Morrison and seconded by C M Crowell that <br /> <br />~ Lee White be given authority %o hire Mrs. Nell Harry Stephens for head <br /> <br />of stamp plan distribution and Mr. Tom Carriker be made cashier. <br /> <br /> NO~ion was made by O E Scarboro and seconded by C M Crowell that <br /> <br />C ~ Field a.nd J Lee Y~ite be authorized to build booths and to look afte~ <br />putting plan in force, and also authorized J Lee White to make arrange- <br />ment s for bonds. <br /> <br /> There being no further business the Board adjourned to meet Jan. <br /> <br />22nd, 1942. <br /> <br /> Clerk to ~ard <br /> <br /> <br />
