The Board of County Commissioners met this 5th day of October, 1945 <br /> <br />with ~he following ~embers present. J Lee White, Chairman <br /> Temporary <br /> <br />C M Crowell, W M Morrison and 0 E Scarboro. <br /> <br />A~sent: W A Brown, Chairman <br /> <br /> Motion was made by O E Scarboro and seconded by W M Morriso~ that <br />J O Davis's salary be raised from $150.O0 to $165.OO as of August 1st, <br /> <br />1942, and A E Semour from $120.00 to $145.00 as of Sept 1st, 1942, <br /> A E Semour's salary <br />one-half of sa~/~o be paid by County and one-half by Midway Merchants. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by W M Morrison and seconded by C M Crowell that <br />the D. A. R. have permission to move their cannon 2rom th~ coUrt house <br />Lawn anytime they so desire. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by 0 E Scarboro and seconded by C M Crowell that <br />Chas.
