The Board of County Commissioners me~t July 6, 1943 with the following present: J. Lee White, Chairman, W. M. Morrison, C. M.Orowell, Ray W. Cline and Homer-L. Fink. Motion made by W. _M.Morrison, seconded by C. M.Crowell that application of Fred H. M~ntus license to sell beer ~ ~ be approved. Motion made by C. M.Crowell, seconded by Ray W. Cline that all accounts of the County be audited as of July l, 1943 by Frank P. Buck Company. Motion made by C. M.Crowell, seconde~ by Ray l~.Cline that C. N. Field, County Accountant be authorized to balance ~he budget for the year including June 30, 1943 by transfering any surplus from one fund to that of another within the f~nd~ as follows: General County Fund and General School Fund.
