The Board of County ~ommissioners meet August 2, 1943 with the <br />~ollowing members present~ J. Lee White, Chairman, W. M. Morrison, <br />9. M.Crowell, Ray W. Cline and Homer L. Fink. <br />Motion made by W. M. Morrison, seconded by C. M. Crowelt that Jail <br />Fees be raised to sixty cent per day, as of ~uly 1, 1943. The vote <br />~ing u~nemous. <br />Motion rode by Ray W. Oline, seconded by C. M. Crowell, that B. H. <br />be exempt from <br />~mith should/~ privilege licenses on account of Bodily Infirmities. <br />Motion made by W.~M. Morrison, seconded by Ray W. Cline that Joe <br />3tegall be given Privilage build and use driveway on lo~er line of <br />~ounty Home property not to emcede 30 feet. <br />Motion by C. M.Crowell,. seconded by Ray ~. Cline , that Ray C. <br />~oover, Sheriff, be instructed to advertise all property for unpaid <br />L942 taxes for four weeks during the month of Augast and sell same the _ <br />~irst Monday in Sept. according to State Law. <br />The Board adjourned to meet September 7, 1943. <br /> <br /> <br />
