<br /> he Board of County Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus under the
<br />~uthority conferred in the revenue act of 1942 hereby levied on all
<br />subjects of taxation except Building & Loan Association set out in
<br />Schedule "B" of said act and not prohibited in said Act for County
<br />purposes. Said license tax shall be for twe~i~ months and shall be
<br />collected by the Sheriff or the tax collector of Cabarrus County and
