I The Board of County Commissioners met in <br /> adjourned <br /> meeting <br /> May <br /> <br />12th, 19~ with the following msmbers present: J. Lee White, C~airman, <br />Homer L. Fink, W. M. Morrison, C. M. Crowell and Ray W. Cline. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by~W. M. Morrison and s~conded by C. M. Crowell <br /> that Mr. Lee White was to confer with the City Board tomake arrangements <br /> <br /> to take care of the people who are mentally off. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by R. W. Cline and seconded by H. L. Fink to <br /> the <br /> proposition made by Board of Alderman to Mr. ~ite. The City <br />accept <br /> <br />of Concord shall hear 1/& of the expenses for the Veterans AdministratSr~. <br /> <br />and in addition,would supply ample office facilities, located in the Ame~i- <br />i can Legion Hall and would also supply heat, water, Janitor service. All. <br /> <br />.this would be gratis and in addition to paying 1/& of the expenses of <br /> <br /> the office including the administration salary, Secretary, stationery, etc. <br /> <br />May There being no further business the board adjourned to meet <br /> ~ 18th, 1945. <br /> <br /> John R.
