M. at the Court House in Concord, the Board took the following <br /> action: <br /> Accepted the resignation of Z. A. Norris, Jr. ~s Recorder~ of the <br />· ~ Cabarrus County Recorder's Court, effective November, 15th, !9~45, <br /> upon motion of Homer Fink. <br /> Upon motion of W. M. Morris on appointed Ernest Ale×ander to <br /> fill the unexpired term of 5. A. Morris, Jr. as recorder of Cabarrus <br /> County Recorder' s Court. <br /> Upon motion of Ray W. Cline'appointed H. W. Calloway, Jr., to <br /> succeed Ernest Alexmuder as Solicitor of Cabarru~ County Recorder's <br /> Court. <br /> Ail these motions were unanimously adopted. <br /> Present at the meeting were Commissioners, J.
