The Board of Commissionere for the County of Cabarrus met in regular session on May 6, 1946 at 10~30 o'clock A. M. at the Courthouse, in Concord, North Carolina, the usual pla~e of meeting. Present~ Chairman J. Lee White and Colehissionera W. M. Morrison, H. L. Fink, C. M. Crowell, and ~. W. Cline. Commissioner W. M. Morrison introduced the following bond order Icing County bonds, which was read~ 0R[~ AUTHORI~.I~G $870,OO0 SCHOOL BUILDING BOI/DS.
