The Board of County Commissioners met Aug 5, 1946, with the <br /> <br /> following members present: J. Dee White, Chairman, W. ~. Morrison, <br /> <br /> C. N. Crowell, Ray W. ~llne, and Homer L..Fink. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by C. M. Crowell and seconded by Ray W. Cline <br /> <br /> that following application~ to sell Beer be approved: Dan ~Orehead <br /> <br /> and H. R. Privett. <br /> <br /> Notion was made by ~. M. Morrison andseconded by C. ~. Crowell <br /> <br /> that county grant E. F. White, A~a~ and W. '~. ~.~orris Right of 'fay <br /> over 18 feet between Bus Station and county building for consideration <br /> of hardsurfacing said Right of way and ma~tainance beginning at <br /> Church Street and extending back a distance of lOO ft. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Ray ~. Cline and seconded by C. M.Crowell <br /> <br />that Ray C. Hoover, Sheriff, be instructed to advertise all property <br /> for unpaid 1945 and 1946 taxes for four weeks during the month of <br /> <br /> Aug~st and sell same the first Monday in Sept. according to S~A~e <br /> Law. <br /> <br /> There being no further busine~s the Board adjourned to meet <br /> <br /> ~ept. 3, 1946 <br /> <br /> Clerk to Board <br /> <br /> <br />
