The Borad of County Cow~ssioners met Sept 3, 1946 with the following members present; J. Lee White, Chairman. W. M. Morrison, C. M. Crowell Ray W. Cline and Homer L Fin~e 1 ~b~imn made by C M Crowell and seconded by W M Morrison that the foll owing application to sell beer be approved, Howard Franklin Kinley, Glenn I Adams, John Nance. Motion made by Ray W Cline and seconded by C M Crowell that State Highway and Public Works commission be requested, to improve Dakoto Ave running east of Cannon Blvd. Also new road to be opened through Mrs. Tom Hinson Farm. Also sand and maintain road beginning mew Trinity Luthern Chruch in #4 Township and extending about 1.7 miles to old Tulin Road. NORTH CAR0~INA COI~TY OF CABARRUS CH~GE INCOUNTY ROAD WHEREAS, the State Highway and Public Workd ~ow~sion has filed with the Board of Commissioners of the County of Oabarrus a map deaignated as County Betterment Section #7-7-60-31 showing a proposed relocation of a section of county ~oad; and WHiP, AS;-tt-'appear'm.. 'i~t~.t th~.~ relocation is for the bestinterest of the road system of th% soid county; i.~ NOW THEREFORE, the proposed change and relocation as shown on the said map is hereby approved and ratified.
