The ~rd of County Commissioners met Nov. 4, 1946, wi~h the <br /> <br />following members present: J. Lee White, Chairman, Ray ~. Cline, <br /> <br />W. M. Merrison, H. L. Fink, and C. M. Crowell. <br /> <br /> Met&on by Ray W. Clime and seconded by Homer L. Fink that State <br /> <br />Hig~ay and Pmblic Works Commission be requested to ta~e over and <br /> <br />maintain Samner Ave.near Radio Station. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by C. M. Crowell and seconded by Ray ~. Cline <br /> <br />that Conrad A Coble be refunded poll tax fc~ 1946 and be exempt from <br /> <br />paying poll tax permanently. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by C. ~. Crowell and seconded by $~. M. Morrison, <br /> <br />that fellowin~ applications to sell beer be approved: C. C. Woods, <br /> <br />George Eondon, and Geo. H. Nussman. <br /> <br /> Met&on was made by W. M. Nerrison and seconded by C. M. Crowell <br /> <br />that J. ~ee White, Ray W. Cline and E.
