The Board of County Commissioners met Jan. 0, 19h7 with the following members present: J. Lee White, Chairman, W. N. Morrison, Ray W- Cline, Homer, L. Fink and C. M. Crowei1. Motion was made by W. M. No,risen and seconded by Ray ~. Cline, that State "igh~ay and Public Works Commission be requested to take over road in Sides Town. Also request that South ~uni~r Street Extension in Kannapolie be treated with gravel. Motion was made by Ray ~.Cline and seconded by C. ~. Cro~ell that following applications to sell beer be approved: William Edsel and Mary Z. Furr. Motion was msde by C. M. Cr~ell and seconded by Ray ~¥. Clin~ that Court cryer be given $6900 ~er day% Notion was msde by ~. ~. Norrison and seconded by Homer L. Fink thst all interest on tax ba~k of 1944 be waived. Motion was made by Ray W. Cline a~d seconded by Homer L. Fink that Audit Report of Clerk of Superior Court, C. N. Field and I..¥o Mo Morrison be accepted. Motic~ was made by C. M. Crowell and seconded by W. N.
