<br />of said County at an election duly called and held on July. 2, 1946; and

<br />1. That, prusuant to the Coun~ Finance Act, as amended, bonds of CabarrAs Coun~.y be
<br />issued ~n an amount not exceeding $1,467,0OO (in addition to the above mentioned $870, O¢~
<br />School ~uilding Bonds), for the purpose of providing funds for enlarging and erecting
