RESOLUTION OF RESPECT '~{EREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, N. C. realizes the loss which his Board has sustained in the passing of William NcKee "Buck" Morrison, and WHERFAS, the Board desires to express its appreciation for the fidelity ~nd ef- ficiency w~th which he served; NO¥4 THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrue County N. C., that this Board realizes the value of the services which ~fr. Morrison ret dered t this ozganization and to the people of Cabarrus County. He was deeply conscious of the responsibility which rested upon him, and was loyal to the trust which was repoe ~d in him. He respected those in authority and sought to protect those ~o were less ~ivileg~d. He worked, not to be seen~nor to gain favor, but to' see that those whom he represented were dealt with fairly and honorably. In his quiet way he accomplished things ~r the benefit of others and received only the reward which comes to one who does his Work honestly aa d efficiently.
