<br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE CF $870,000 SCHOOL
<br /> BUILDING BONDS, SERIES A.
<br /> ~E. IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus:
<br /> Section 1, That the Board of Commissioners ham determined and does here1 .y find
<br /> and de,:lare:

<br /> (a) That on August 2, 1948 the Board of CommissiOners for the County of ~abarrus
<br /> passed a resolution fixing the details and form and manner of execution of $2,317,000
<br />
<br /> school building ~onds authorized by an order finally passes on May 20, 1946 and am~orde~
<br /> finall ~ passed on April 19, 1948.
<br /> (b) That no bonds have ~een issued pursuant to said resolution or orders, and that
<br />I the fol~wWing bond anticipation notes have been issued in anticipation of the r~ceipt
<br /> the pm ceeds of a like amount of the bonds authorized by the order finally passe d on Ms
<br /> 20, 19! 6, which not~sJare now outstanding and unpaid:
