Smith be giv.~n <br />privil ~ge license renewal. <br /> <br /> Motion made by C. M. Crowell seconded by P. E. Stallings. that following ~pplica~ ~on <br /> <br />to scl ~ beer be approved, L. E. Crowell that State Highway and public <br /> <br />works :ommission be requested to pave Bostian Street in No. 4 Township, take ow~ Walte ~ <br /> <br />Street in Kannapolis, take over and maintain Buena Avenue and Good--Street , take' o~ ar <br /> <br />and ma ~ntain Road beginning at Mrs. J. ~. Penninger and running in a northeaste:~ly <br />direct .on about 1~ miles, also to lay out road in No. 1 Township beginning on E~cky Ri~ sr <br /> <br />Road ai~ running through the lands of E. A.
