iCabarrus County, and upon consideration of changed conditions since +~he adoption of the said resolution, the Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County does not determine that public covenience and safety r~eq~.ire further limitation of parking by an extension of the system of parking meters extablished m~der said resolution, and the said Board does furthes determine that in order to make effedtive necessary regulations or limit~ - tions of vehicular traffic and p~rking, it is necessary that the said re~ &- Lution be amended as hereinafter set out; and to that end the Board of C~ unty Commissioners do resolve: Th~at 'Section?.2 of the said resolution be amended to read as follows: "~.~.ti~.~. In the foregoin$~ zones ~here pa~ktng has heretofore been permitted or ma' hereafter be permitted, such parking shall be regulated by parking metez or by signes erected in the manner hereinafter set forth." That Saction 5 be amended by deleting the period at the ~nd of.said section and inserting ~n lieu b~ereof a colon and the following: "Provided,' that-the legal parking time for vehicles parked on the east side of ~est Avenue from a point 130 feet sout~ of "B,' Street to "B" Str~,et shall be twelve minutes, and without the said grane period of ten minute:~." .iMotio~ by P.
