At a call meeting the board of County Commissioners met t)~O~mber 13, <br /> <br />1949 with the following members present: <br /> <br />J. Lee White, chairman, Homer ".~ Fink, Ray W. Cline, C. M. Crowell, and <br /> <br />P. Ernest Stallings. ~:,~d <br /> <br />At the call meeting of Commissioners of Catmrrus~ County with all member <br />present held Jointly with State Highway Commissioners from the ~eventh <br />District the following motion was made by Ray W. Cli~ seconded by C.
