The Board of County Commissioners held their regular meeting December <br /> <br />1950 with the following members present: J. Lee White Chairman, Homer L. <br />Fink, Ray W. Cline, and P. Ernest Stallings. <br /> <br />Absent- C. M. Crowell <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners made the motion as following- <br /> <br />Motion by Ray W. Cline seconded by Homer L. Fink that D. Ray McEachern <br />Clerk Superior Court bond be accepted. <br /> <br />D. Ray ~cEachern gave oath to the New Board of County Commissioners and <br /> <br />the following took office- <br /> <br />J. Lee White, Homer L. Fink, p. Ernest Stallings ~ Bowman Barrier and <br /> <br />M. Smoot Lyles. <br /> <br />The following motions then made. <br /> were <br />Motion by P Erenst Stallings seconded by Bowman Barrier that J.
